If you received the incorrect item(s) then we will gladly re-send the correct because mistakes always happen. If you received the wrong item due to erroneous issues, please send us an email at email@example.com with your invoice number and we will gladly fix this issue.
However, we do not make any substitutions or exchanges (i.e: a customer cannot request for another color or product instead of the one initially ordered or purchased).
